I have a 2001 Yukon XL I been trying to troubleshoot the transmission seeing if anyone here may have any ideas.

Currently the truck can move forward in drive but cannot reverse i have listed the codes below I found in my code scan

P0503 - Vehicle Speed Sensor Circuit Intermittent
P0502 - Vehicle Speed Sensor Circuit low input
P0751 - 1-2 Shift Solenoid valve performance no first or fourth gear
P0757 - 2-3 Shift Solenoid Valve Performance no third of fourth gear
P0742 - Torque Converter Clutch System Stuck On
P0756 - Shift Solenoid Valve Performance no first or second gear
P0713 - Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor Circuit High Voltage
P0752 - 1-2 Shift Solenoid Valve Performance no second or third gear
P0741 - Torque Converter Clutch System Stuck off
P0332- TCC Enable Solenoid Circuit - Electronical

I have tried clear these codes and even removed the battery to reset they pup back up I aswell checked the fuses and wiring under the vehicle all looks good let me know if you have any suggestions

How many miles on this transmission?

Reverse is purely mechanical in that it doesn’t depend on electrical power or ECU commands to work. So if you have no reverse, transmission needs to come out for overhaul. Replace all electrical components in addition to everything else that gets changed during a rebuild.

It has About 229000 miles would it be best to rebuild the transmision or purchase a brand new one?

There are no such things a 'brand new' 4L60Es unless you're purchasing a 4L75 unit from GM Performance Parts. All 4L60Es being advertised as 'new' in the aftermarket are, in fact, remanufactured (aka rebuilt) and from what I've seen, you'd be much better off going with a competent, ethical transmission builder in your area who knows these units well.
