What is everyones predictions for offers on the Tahoe/Yukon (SWB or LWB) to close out 2025?

My prediction: Tahoe/Suburban: 5% interest rate for 72 months and/or $3,000 incentive
Yukon/XL: 5% interest rate for 60 months, no cash incentive

In the DFW market, I see Tahoe/Suburban dealer discounts all the time. They range fro 3-8k depending on trim, model year, options, etc.

The yukons are harder to find discounts on but there was one dealer advertising 5k off MSRP.

DFW is its own animal and probably is not reflective of the rest of the country in terms of number of dealers and available inventory

do the 2025s have any incentives? Last time I think I saw true rebates on the Tahoes was at the end of the 2024MY - $2k if I remember correctly. Unless it's 0% or .9-1.9% like honda used to offer, you can get easily a point to point and half lower through credit unions...maybe even more.

Local GMC dealer (granted they are big) are offering $4-5k+ off on all 2026 Yukons. Of course the bigger discounts are on the 25's, for both the Tahoes and Yukons.

Maybe Costco comes out with a rebate for the last month or two is the only real change I see possibly occurring. Note that Costco came out with the rebates in Oct for certain GM EVs.

Classic Chevy out of DFW has about 90+ Suburbans and 180+ Tahoes in stock. They're advertising almost $11k off MSRP Tahoes and Suburbans.

Eventually, there's going to be geographic market arbitrage.

Classic has crazy inventory, but only discounts on some of them. Most of the tahoes are listed at MSRP.

However this does bode well for December incentives if they are trying to move inventory

Z71s are at MSRP but of course one wouldn't expect to pay sticker. Dealership close to use has about 20+ 2026s and are only advertising $3k off across all trims but they are still selling (they've sold 4 Z71s this past week)

Yukons are a different story...the sister dealership to the chevy dealer mentioned above is a huge GMC dealer (has almost 500 half ton trucks) and they only have 24 Yukons in stock..they are advertising ~+5% off which essentially is in line with Classic.

Bought a ‘26 last week and loaded ones are moving. 4 I called about sold before I could look at them or were pre-sold. Seems the same Elevations are still on the lots though.

Looks like that has changed quickly. They're advertising about 5% off MSRP on 2026 models now in early November. Imagine what it's going to be in 2-4 months if the automotive market continues to soften.

I was just at Classic and they have a TON of inventory. Ive never seen so many Tahoes and Suburbans, so if youre in the market they are a great place to look.

I could not really negotiate since I get GM employee pricing and they dont really discount off of that. However I can tell you they add on a $1,600 package that includes theft recovery, tint, and nitrogen in the tires. Push back and they will remove it but good to go in there with an expectation of whats to come

(Side Note: I worked with Frank R. while I was there. Really liked him. Open, honest, and no BS. I would recommend him if youre looking, he will certainly be who I use if I decide to purchase)

interesting that the Z71s are the only trim that they aren't advertising any discounts on. even the LS models they are 5% off. wouldn't expect to pay sticker, but odd they aren't even advertising something off sticker. although we are a Z71 family, I actually like the RST trim better

I think it's only a matter of time for all trims.

My preference would be Premier and then Z71. I'd go with a Z71 if they had ventilated seats in it.

The z71 should be able to come with cooled seats. The premier should have the option for air suspension.

Hell if you’re spending more than 65k on a vehicle, heated and cooled seats should be standard

Our first one of this new design was an AT4. Two different dealers and we were comparing the Z71 to the AT4, both had the same "packages". Wife ended up going with the AT4 because of the cooled seats and the dealer didn't even know that his Z71 tahoe not only didn't have them, they weren't available on a Z71....crazy that they added fog lights to the Tahoes before ventilated seats to more trims

This article doesn’t bode well for any killer incentives. Currently only offering lease deals with no special financing.

Costco has already released their incentives with Yukon/tahoe being excluded.

It’s gonna come down to individual dealers and if they’re are desperate to move inventory before years end

Do a nationwide search on Autotrader.com. I found a new 2025 AT4 Ultimate f9% under MSRP with very little effort. I see 2026s being advertised below MSRP. And that is their opening offer. The dealers will likely go lower. Shipping the car to me was $1,000. Even including shipping, the car was thousands less than I could find locally.
