All of a sudden my 2025 has lost the turn signal ticking hey Google doesn't work and it has no sound coming from the audio at all. I have tried the factory reset doesn't fix it. Any ideas of anything else that could be tried without taking it in or would calling OnStar help

Any work done on the truck, just before the change? Any noteworthy incidents/work on the truck performed just before the change?

The change 'could' be simply coincidence, but in most cases, 'something' was done that precipitated the change.

I shut it down and locked it in the garage overnight and when I restarted it early this morning, miraculously the stuff came back. I pretty much jumped the gun last night to post this, but I had shut it down and restarted it three times last night and every time I restarted it, it came back dead. Even after the factory reset... that's why I thought it could be a more serious issue. It could go back to being dead later on today who knows? First time I've ever encountered anything like this......
Super Cruise did work though, even during the no audio.

Thanks for writing this up.
It gave me the idea that it was a system glitch. I disconnected the battery. Sound and Super Cruise are back! Maybe GM had sent something to the cars that kind of semi-bricked them?

I am having numerus issue's with the infotainment system in our '21 Tahoe (Z71), no sound, to random channel changing, screen flickers, the list is nearly endless. It goes back to the dealer this afternoon for yet another try at fixing the issue's.
My main concern is GM's software is not engineered correctly to work with all the third party apps on the system. Which GM knows is an issue going back to about 2019 on a host of vehicle models and platforms.
Time will tell.

My 2025 Sierra HD did this on me twice. I parked it, turned it off, let everything shut completely down (all this clicks and clacks) for about 30 minutes, started it back up and everything worked. What really blew my mind is the turn signal clicking is actually coming through the audio system and not via a relay like old school signals. Again, just shut it down, let it sit for awhile and all will be good. This didn't start until after the last software update mid-September.
