It’s been over a week like this

I replaced the battery twice to be sure it wasn’t a defective battery, metered at 14V

What I have noticed is the only thing I cannot read is the ABS, scanner faults out, I will check all my abs fuses

Yeah, I should've caught that. 14v is too high for a battery. I think 12.75 is the most we should expect to see from a fully charged 12v battery.

Doesn't your Fluke show any significant digits? With the battery unloaded (disconnected and having rested a few hours) it reads 13.0vDC? No tenths of a volt?

Did you make sure the ignition was not in the on position when the new battery was installed? You shouldn't need it but do you have access to a scan tool?

check the ground strap on the (electric) power steering
