2012 Yukon XL hose name and can I fix this myself???

Hi everyone! I was driving home today and all of sudden my 2012 Yukon XL started making this horrible sound and I popped the hood and found this; I've searched online to find out exactly what this hose is but cannot find anything that will actually give me the name. Could someone please tell me what this is and if I am able go to an auto parts store/online

and get a new one or if I'm going to need to take this in.

just do all 4 pieces pictured above if that side broke the other one is likely to as well due to age

Heater hose and heater T's. Although it looks like the hose end broke, you definately want to do the T's while you are in there.
Definately do both while you are there. Don't drive it until you do, or very short distances only.

Throw a blanket or cardboard over your radiator support and kneel on there to reach it.
You gotta push two opposing tabs that stick out the end of the fitting.. Remove connection from firewall, then the aux lines that branch off.
90 degree T is inboard line, angled is outboard line.

The Dorman aluminum T's are actually cheaper than the GM plastic ones.

This is a very common issue once the trucks get up to this age, usually filed under "ticking time bomb"
There are numerous helpful threads and videos on YT.
Like the other guys said, replace both hoses and both tees. This is part of the cooling system, so it is critical to get it sorted. I have the dorman metal tees waiting to go in as a preventative maintenance item...tick tick tick...
Whether or not you can do it yourself depends mostly on your flexibility, dexterity, and/or creativity.
Fun fact, GM genuine hoses generally have the production date printed on them. If all yours are original, it might be prudent to do all of them.
