What we have noticed is the sound in the 2nd row and 3rd row can barely be heard. I have to crank the volume up loud in the front to be normal level in the other rows. I have checked the fader and sound modes, none of which would cause this issue. I have even faded it all the way to the rear and the volume output is significantly less than the front. Is this a common issue in general?

Do you have it is some sound mode (like "Driver") that sends most of the sound to the front speakers?

I changed mine to center point from the normal setting.

The audio in the 2025 HC is terrible. My 2017 Premier sounded much better.

Regardless of the sound mode, the sound is very hollow and muddy. I also have the 2nd/3rd row issue.. no matter the mode, the sound is VERY low in the 2nd and 3rd rows. I read the 2025 GMC models just got an infotainment update that made the audio system sound much better, and I'm wondering if and when us Tahoe owners will get this update.

Why do we care about the 2nd and 3rd row passengers .. they are glued to devices. Music is for the driver…

I changed my audio settings to rear from center, at least while listening to satellite radio and after tweaking the sound settings it sounds a little bit deeper fuller.
