I recently purchased a 2023 Tahoe. The dealership is telling me there is no user manual included. This seems odd for a $75K vehicle. Can anyone tell me if the user's manual is or is not included? It is ridiculous that I need to spend another $50 to buy a user's manual. That is what GM is directing me.

When I bought my 2017 Honda Accord it had a link for a digital owners manual. There was also a link to request a hard copy manual within the first year.
Honestly, I was surprised my 2022 Yukon XL had a hard copy manual in the glovebox. I kind of figured all the OEMs would have gone digital by now…

My 23 tahoe has a paper owners manual. Read it once, but had read the online version before i even had my ride.

Dealer is FOS.
But, it is def avail online and even on the infotainment unit. Guessing Parts can order you one. Dealer really should do that for you.

Was told by dealer that they only do electronic versions now. The hard copy was $82 from www.helminc.com. Absolutely absurd.
Don't pay third party vendors for manuals when they're available from the manufacturer; and they are. Your link is just someone charging for something that's free from GM and other mfrs.

There's a seller on EBay selling them for $90. Hes already sold 93 of them. Makes you wonder were hes getting them from. I was promised one for my Suburban and never got it. Then i found out its on the infotainment unit, Ive been using that one.

I suggest downloading it...save the PDF to your computer. The online copy is hotlinked, so when it says "see ___ on pg ___" if you click it, it goes there. Plus you can search it.
Also, under Help in the brand app on your phone, there is a mobile version of the OM.

Thanks for this link. The online owners manual works great. There is a link there to order the printed manual. The problem is the printed manual is out of stock. Maybe that is why GM didn't have any to put in my 2024 Yukon glove box.
Yes, 2024 came with a printed Essential Operating and Saftey Information manaul. That manual costs $25 for printed. The full OM costs $50 for printed.

BTW, the manual is loaded on the infotainment system too…See the GMC/Chevy/Caddilac App on the infotainment screen.
lot of good that will do when the thing is dead and you want to check which fuse does what... or etc.

True, but if you are stuck on side of road and want to know how to change the tire...its not horrible knowing that the manual is a couple screen touches away, right?
Simply trying to help the OP out w/ options, since he didn't receive a printed manual...
