Hey guys, wondering if anybody else has had this issue. The top to the center console slides back and forth a couple of inches when it is in the closed position. It's very annoying when putting on the bakes and your arm is resting on it, it will just slide forward about an inch or so.

Do you have the electronic sliding center console? If you do, use the switch to slide the console all the way forward and the top will no longer slide.

Lol…I’ll have to give that a try. I’ve had my ‘21 now for close to two years and have just been putting up with it sliding. :)

Thanks for the info guys, yes it is the power sliding console. It should lock the top in any position though, I will try to move it all the way up and see if it locks or not.

OK moved the console all the way forward and the top stays locked now, will have to find out more from the dealer about this issue.

same issue and had been waiting for months for the part, went in to have it fixed and then had to leave it overnight for a "harness" part and then still went to pick it up and it's not fixed. I am not sure what they thought they were fixing, but it still moves and doesn't lock in place.

I haven't taken mine it yet for the fix, but I was able to pull the SI document for the fix. Apparently it is just a clip that may be installed incorrectly.

I have the same issue that just started today armrest does not lock in place. Console box works with power control But top armrest moves back and forth with brake or acceleration.
