No, added that to my list.Do any of the Tahoe trim levels have fog lights? My initial thought was no…
The Denali does not have all of these options “over” a fully loaded Premier which is the comparison. A fully loaded Premier has many of these options.Denali has the following “upgrades” over base Yukon or the Chevys:
Acoustic laminated glass on front doors (both have laminated windshield)
Real Wood trimmed interior
Real Aluminum Accents on Interior
Distinctive Dash layout
Enhanced Stitching on seats, console, armrests
Leather padding on dash
Actual real leather seats in row 2 vs pleather
Choice of 4 interior color combos, 3 of them being 2 tone, including a light option.
Fog Lights
Standard 6.2 Gasser
Available electronic limited slip rear diff (vs mechanical in the Chevy)
3 years of Unlimited Data for the infotainment
I think that is the list of stuff that is different, up to you if those are worth the extra coin or not.
Again, it’s all personal preference. I like the Denali interior touches more as well. Equally I like the Tahoe Exterior much more then the chromed out Denali. For me the Denali interior is just so much nicer. We have a 2022 with the screen built into the dash. I much prefer that to the screens that stick up over the dash. That's just me. My wife loves the Teak/Sand interior. It's very nice.
When a Premier is fully loaded though its the same price and the Denali wins with the nicer dash/lighter leather colors in my bookThe Denali does not have all of these options “over” a fully loaded Premier which is the comparison. A fully loaded Premier has many of these options.
Just what I needed, thank you!Denali has the following “upgrades” over base Yukon or the Chevys:

Lol! The Denali clearly wins to you it appears. Looks like you have your answer, so not sure why you asked the question. When a Premier is fully loaded though its the same price and the Denali wins with the nicer dash/lighter leather colors in my book
Actually, aside from the 6.2, I don’t think any of the things I listed are available on a Premiere, but I could be wrong. The Denali does not have all of these options “over” a fully loaded Premier which is the comparison. A fully loaded Premier has many of these options.
You are indeed.Actually, aside from the 6.2, I don’t think any of the things I listed are available on a Premiere, but I could be wrong.
Been driving trucks (now called SUVs) for over 40 years (started with K-Blazers and learned how to drive a stick in a four (?)-speed Suburban). I still find them the right vehicle for my work and lifestyle. The auto manufacturers sure have done a job on folks on why everyone need one, though. At least you laughed cause I was in fact jokingly making that baller comment about yukons. Tahoe or yukon it doesn't matter, they're both glorified mini vans for yuppy soccer moms
Well, then tell us what’s different! You are indeed.![]()
You’re kidding right. Half of your list is simply descriptive marketing dude.Well, then tell us what’s different!
The Premier has the same screen/dash as every other model (LE, LT, SLE, SLT, AT4, High County). The only trim that comes with the inline screen and a different dash layout is the Denali. I wish another model came with a light leather but the Premier looks peachy/orange and the High Country is same price as Denali without the inline screen. You’re kidding right. Half of your list is simply descriptive marketing dude.
Distinctive Dash layout?
- It’s distinctive on both vehicles.
Enhanced Stitching on seats, console, armrests
- The premier has enhanced stitching over the lower models in the lineup as well.
Leather padding on dash.
- premier has leather padding on dash
You get the idea. Believe the glass and the real wood are the real differentiators as well as likely the quality of leather. Again…you’re splitting hairs with the list. It’s not as egregiously different as you’re implying. And loaded up you can add things such as an upgraded exhaust system and electronic center console on the premier as well.
Again….it’s personal preference. As I’ve mentioned several times before I also think the Denali interior is a better option but personally do not like the exterior look at all. It has entirely too much chrome and feels like an older generation would drive it to me. None of the exterior differences are even on your list. To each their own. Splitting hairs.
Good point. If the screen in the dash Vs mounted is a deal breaker then the Denali for $6k more is the way to go.The Premier has the same screen/dash as every other model (LE, LT, SLE, SLT, AT4, High County). The only trim that comes with the inline screen and a different dash layout is the Denali. I wish another model came with a light leather but the Premier looks peachy/orange and the High Country is same price as Denali without the inline screen.
It actually is not, but I’m ok agreeing to disagree. You’re kidding right. Half of your list is simply descriptive marketing dude.
