I'm assuming the extreme cold weather froze my rear wiper line and burst, when I tried to use the rear washer fluid I saw it was leaking into the cargo area above the headliner. Does anybody know how to access the line to fix it? Here's a pic of the leak location.

you will probably have to take the top trim piece off to get under the headliner, so you might have to take the bottom trim off first, then a left or right side panel to get the top trim piece off, most of it is just clips but the side panels do have a bolt it will be under a small plastic cover and should be 7 or 8 mm, but could be the nefarious 10mm haven't opened mine up in a while. look up how to change a rear hvac blend door actuator on youtube that will give you some guidance of how to get the trim off

I have had the same issue with my 2009 Tahoe…once in the above described area and multiple times under the hood along the drivers side fender. Is there a more permanent fix for this other than just reconnecting and waiting for the next time it comes apart?

I'll take a look when the weather warms up. As for reconnecting I'm thinking of using self fusing silicon tape to make sure it doesn't come off in the future.

Dang it I KNEW I was not the only one this issue! Going to look up how to get that rear headliner trim off here in a few minutes to see what I can see up in there. it is pouring washer fluid out of the headliner rear trim into the cargo area. If I think about it later I will post a few pics.

As expected on this 2009 Tahoe HYBRID (fixed rear glass) there is a connection for the rear washer plastic line above the headliner trim about center ways of the vehicle. Trim is just a few pushin clips and pops right off with a trim tool. The connector has gotten old and has stretched a bit so that the line does not fit snugly into it so I put a small aluminum screw clamp on it to make sure it stays. There is another connector under the hood that can blow off if this line gets stopped up. I would much rather the one under the hood pops off than have washer fluid running out of the headliner into the cargo area! Took about 10 minutes..... spent mpre time on here than actually fixing it LOL. Just another quirky little area to know about as your GM truck ages i guess.
