Here they come. I also upgraded my trailer hitch to Class 4. It also sits about 2 inches higher then the factory one.Where’s the installed pics? I’m waiting….![]()
Wait till you tell her you need $6k for a supercharger in order to make it safer to merge on the freeway, and then $4k for 16” Wilwood brakes to make it safe to stop fast. Oh wait that’s me minus having to tell the wife which I don’t have.Yeah, I told The Wife - this next grand is just "the beginning". She just got a new RAV4, so she's being magnanimous. lol

The old factory hitch is available for free pick up if anyone wants it.

Hey man, I’m not on very much these days with the divorce, marketing the house to sell etc.. I can stop liking you so much if it bothers you.

Sorry to see your having a split up but the pan looks pretty good! I'm fixing to drop mine this weekend I can't wait. I hope it looks that good! What are you gonna do to clean it, pressure washer?Hopefully fixing my oil leak today. Oil
Pan gasket, and pickup tube o-ring. I think the pan looks ok for 218k.. not much gunk in the bottom. View attachment 362284

Fram XG3675I’ve been unable to locate my favorite Wix 51522XP (extended) oil filter for months. I even ordered from Oreilly, as they said they could get them if I paid for 6 and freight. It’s been 3 months and zero word on them. So I’m trying to verify the cross reference for the Napa Gold part. I found a page stating the Napa Gold version is the same part number as the Wix, minus the first digit (1522XP). I haven’t been able to find that part number. Presumably it’s not valid, due to the “XP”. Can someone confirm the correct Napa Gold replacement for the extended Wix 51522XP.?
I would go on rock auto and search for the part number, I just did and of course they are out but you can have them email you as soon as they come in. That’s what I did with my wix 51042xp’s. Took a month or so but if you gotta wait mine as well be notified when in. Just gotta buy em as soon as you get the email.I’ve been unable to locate my favorite Wix 51522XP (extended) oil filter for months. Are you crazy?????
Nope. None at all..! Very happy to see it looking this good. I think it’s pretty damn good for the mileage. Previous owner said he ran full synthetic Mobil 1 it’s whole life, and I’ve tried to take pretty good care of it too. Used Mobil 1 until about 18 months ago and switched to the AC Delco Dexos Full Synthetic, and a longer Wix filter. Change at 3k intervals, which I know is not necessary, but hey, cheap insurance right..? She sees almost 100% city driving. H a r d o n the drivetrain. Also got a front diff fluid change today, since we dropped it to pull the oil pan.Any metal flake or sparkle in it?
You did something so dirty to the drivetrain that it got censored?Nope. None at all..! Very happy to see it looking this good. I think it’s pretty damn good for the mileage.
