Indoor plastic door latch broken- need identification of part

Hey,
Need to fix my internal door handle issue which the plastic piece broke off (right of image). Do you happen to know what this is called? It connects to the outside handle with the cable/ball. I cant find any part numbers on it.

If you have the other part you can use super glue and baking soda, or Q-Bond.

just buy a new oem inside door handle, if you poke around ebay you can find new oem ones for about $25-30, easy to replace

You missed the OEM specification. The cheap aftermarket ones don’t last long.

ya that's not a oem, it's a chingchong repop, the part number gives it away and the brand name. they just title it to make it "appear to be oem" but it will work for now

Yes I realized this when I installed it today. I did have an issue with a hole being to small on the part however I just used a drill bit to open it up a tad.
