Where are you located? What boost are you running? Was the tune just the stock Edelbrock tune?

One reason I elected to stay N/A was the MPG. Even N/A and ***** footing it, it's thirsty!

I'm in the KC area. Didn't do the edelbrock tuner with it. I opted to just
take it to the dyno shop. I'm very dissatisfied with their work. \
I've found a guy about an hour from me that is going to help me ReTune as
soon as I learn a little bit more and have time. It runs decent.. but I know
there should be a lot more efficiency in it. I dropped 5 mpg hwy driving
and even more hwy towing. Edelbrock and the dyno shop thought I would
actually gain a little mpg while towing and be about the same non towing.

I can't see how a blower will gain MPG towing because if it's in boost, it should be in PE. I'd imagine towing it will be making boost a lot because with heavier throttle input the bypass will close.

Now outside of towing, losing 5 mpg likely means the tuner was very aggressive with power enrich.

If you were close by, I'd have a look but I am in PA.
