I’m a little obsessed with retrofits now. Picked up a set of Denali headlights I’ll most likely throw my 7.0s in to sell locally or on here.

I'm sure it's on here. Excuse my noobness, but let me get a parts list, etc on what u used for this. I'd rather do this now then level it out with spindles. I hate the nights driving in it compared with my girls Infiniti JX60 SUV which has factory HIDs

New kryptonite wheel bearing today, and while I was at it detailed all my wheels and threw my 2” spacers back on the rear. Definitely going to have to get a matching bearing on the passenger side, really happy so far with the quality

Also should be doing the 07+ brake upgrade soon, just gotta find some tires for my 22x12s so I can throw em on once the brakes are squared away.

Those kryptonite parts are so nice! I've been putting off a full front rebuild with all their parts because it ain't cheap lol.

after scuff and clean, should I use auto primer before paint?
You can, not necessary tho. It would fill in any small to medium scratches. If you do, you should wet sand the primer smooth with at least 2000 grit sandpaper, clean it well with a lintless towel then paint. To paint use light skim coats for coverage 1st--just keep doing that until it's completely covered. You can let it dry for a few minutes, at least til it's tacky then clear coat it.

Depo projector style headlights.(can use any clear lensed headlights) ~$150
Morimoto mini H1 8.0 $150
Morimoto xb 35w 5500k hid kit w/harness ~$150
CB&D brackets. ~$60
Mini Gatling shrouds ~$20
That’s it.
Around $500 in parts.
Also have profile rgb demon eyes ~$140
And at one point profile switchback halos ~$80
Close to $700 with no labor included just in headlights . It gets really addicting and expensive.

Denali headlights - free (stock lol)
CB&D brackets - $60
Morimoto Mini H1 7.0 - $150 (at the time)
35w Morimoto HIDS $150
Shrouds -$0 don't need them

No extra leds, no demon eyes no halos

So mine was $360 no labor. No cutting

Fwiw , I bought my Yukon with a cluster that had an oil pressure gauge that wouldn’t function as well as the gear indicators not showing up.

Instead of trying to solder the broken connections I bought a refurb off eBay. Everything works and I now have blue LEDs in there too
