I agree that many fiberglass hoods flex. Important to get one that is properly reinforced and has well designed mounts and latches. Stay away from Duraflex if you want a stable hood. The name says it all. I am very happy with Amerihood... fit great, feels solid, just prime, paint, and install... but still used hood pins as additional insurance.

Didn’t see a Yukon hood, but worth a call. This is the best quality aftermarket hood that I have owned. I have had several. Works great with stock hardware and struts. Also like the airflow. https://amerihood.com/
