in my 96 hoe..when i try to change to low or any other settings-no air is coming out-only when i put it on high- air starts coming out-any idea why folks?

There is a blower motor resistor behind the glove box that needs to be replaced.

is that an easy fix? parts should be readily available-no?

Yeah it's pretty easy. It should just be available at Autozone or OReillys. Take off the glove box, the black plastic shroud that surrounds the blower motor, and you should see it

yep. I've got the same problem, I just haven't fixed it yet because taking everything out is a PITA. But replacing the resistor should take care of everything.
