They should be the same.
According to this site: https://dpequip.net/shop/truck-part...6-chevy-gmc-gm99l-gm99r-silverado-sierra-new/ , they'll fit. I'd be concerned with the quality of the brand. Not just the material, but the machining and geometries.

yeah I wanted to double check before hand. They are from the rough country kit for 99-07 Silverados

I don't know how RC spindles are since I have McG and all you ever hear about is those or Belltech. I thought they were a completely generic brand. But, at least someone claims them! If they're a steal and not because they're damaged, give 'em a shot!.

Yeah very true. I figured for 50 bucks I’ll give them a shot . Apparently they came on vehicle and removed for a lift.
