I also think it’s kinda crazy that I’ve had the esky third brake light setup on my truck since 2016. Four years now, and I know the light wasn’t brand new when I got it, and yet ALL the LEDs in the light all still function. It lights up all the way across when I hit the brakes. Lol

Now that I’ve had the both types of glass on my truck, I actually really like the older style with the trim around the glass. I like the handle for the glass integrated into the trim, below the glass, rather then a small plastic handle bolted through the glass on the 2005/2006 style hatch, which my truck had when I bought it before the esky hatch swap. I actually still have the factory hatch. Just sitting here taking up space in my apartment... lol @Rocket Man , wish you’d have told me you were looking for the 2005/2006 style YUKON hatch. I’d have GIVEN you mine! Lol

That’s ok, the shipping would have been crazy expensive. Looking good Chase!

The problem is my tails don’t have a border. At least not like the OEM tails did. Lol.

You mean tape off the main tail Light just leaving the edges exposed and paint a border that way?

Yep yep . Example here , painted small white border . Looks good and also covers up the edge that has the lines and the area where the lens is glued to the housing.

notice black tails like yours have a grey border around the edge

Ah I see. I kinda liked that look. Might have to get some more paint and try it... lol

Well the Nali played an interesting role today. Have needed to replace the fridge in my apartment for a year now. I think it’s been dying a slow painful death.... weird noises, barely keeping things cold. Anyways my mom ended up with an almost new side by side fridge from her house deal that fell through. Been sitting in her garage Since the end of March. I finally decided I needed to take it off her hands. Borrowed a small trailer and got it to my apartment today behind the Nali. Getting it up the bend in my interior entryway staircase was a real *****. Lol. But we handled it. Had to snap a shot of the Nali with the fridge in tow just before we unloaded it at my house... love my road tank!

You just tap into an existing water line. No need to run a hard line.

X2. Super easy. They make a water line kit for 10-15 bucks, and it comes with all you need. Can get plastic or copper. (Get the copper!!) and it comes with a self-tap saddle valve you just clamp on and screw down to pierce the copper pipe (or pex, if that’s whatchoo got)

Yes but there’s several cabinets and my stove in between the fridge and the sink and water piping. So I have to run a line somehow lol

Yup, probably easiest to put a small hole through the floor to tap the pipe beneath the floorboard. Sounds more complicated than it really is.

If your apartment is over a crawl space it’s pretty easy to go down , over and up. You can just drill a hole in the bottom of the sink cabinet and floor underneath with a real long bit, and one through the floor behind the fridge. I used flexible plastic line, it’s easiest because of no elbows or connectors just the ends. If you have no crawl space but an attic you can go up and over but it can be hard to go up and down through the wall cavities, you’ll need a snake and you need to drill through the wood at the top of the wall cavities. If you have neither you’ll have to get creative.

All of this is way beyond my skill set.... lol plus I have no desire to drill holes in the cabinets. I have a feeling my landlord isn’t gonna like that.... hahah

Shouldn’t be a problem, makes it easier for the person that would move in after you! Or ask him/her to do it for you...I’ve done it a few times myself, not that hard.
