Hi all - been reading these forums a bit.. just made an account (have my eye on a 2021 GMC Yukon XL).

I didn't see this posted here - my apologies if it already is... You can build out a 2021 Yukon / Tahoe / Suburban to get an idea of pricing/options via the GM Supplier website.

The 2021 Tahoe and Yukon "Build and Price" is now available. I just tried both and found that there is not an option for a Tahoe RST and on the Yukon if one selects the 60/40 bench seat then its a mandated package to get a bunch of other crap including the retractable running boards. I'm not buying one until they straighten that nonsense out.

Wow, you can't get Navigation on an SLT without purchasing the rear seat entertainment package for $2,500? I realize many use Apply Car Play or Android Auto for Navigation, but that seems like a dumb omission for a 65K SUV.

That is dumb, I feel like nav is pretty much standard in everything today as blind spot monitor is. At least car play and AA are wireless in these things and the wireless charge mat should keep it from draining the battery.

Still no way to configure an LS model. But it's on the order guide. Strange.

I don't think they are building LS's yet. I read somewhere that the LS and RST will be a month behind initial production.

This is the reason I special ordered my 2019 Suburban Z71. To get a Sunroof I had to add a $2800 + package SUN, ENTERTAINMENT AND DESTINATIONS (with the airline drop down movie monitors). I went to buyers service (https://www.usaa.com/inet/wc/car-bu...a_ref=pub_global_products_discounts_carbuying). I was able to configure a vehicle based on individual options and not have to buy a whole package. It gave me pricing as well. The dealer had to check the order to make sure the factory would build the options as selected. No problem they built it and the salesman said "wow that was good you saved over $1800". The problem with ordering is they will not guarantee the price until it is delivered. That is when they can see what GM incentives are offered on delivery. Timing is everything mine was built in December and I received the employee price. Score!
