Finally got around to doing this mod and must say it helps out big time with the 5% tint!:Handshake: I used a H11 HID bulb and clipped off the big tab and siliconed the bulb in. So far so good!:D

Did you put in a remote switch? I would really think about doing this mod if someone wrote up a tech article on how to wire up a switch. Did you have to change anything else DWDrummer? Any issues with fuse blowing?

No problems with the HID's blowing fuses or any other problems. I haven't wired up a switch yet, but kinda been thinking about adding one!:D

Hey Looks sick, What temp is that?

There is a tech right up on the switch. You just run a power wire to the switch in the vehicle and take it from there directly to a Reverse lights fuse under the hood.

sorry to hijack, but I need this question answered so I make sure I have everything for my HID install this weekend. Do either the headlights or the reverse light HIDs require the "bulb out" resistor?? I only have the headlights for now, but I think these reverse lights will be my next mod...LOOKS AMAZING!!!
