Please help!
I have a 2014 denali 6.2L
DTC p2127 p2138
Driving along and for no apparent reason my service trac control, service stabilitrak, and reduced engine power come on. It shows the 2 DTCs above. I changed the pedal pos sensor, didnt fix it so I thought maybe got a bad part and changed it again with oem parts. Still didn't fix it, next I changed the throttle body and throttle pos sensor, that didnt fix it. I've traced wires and checked plugs, nothing appears wrong. If I clear the code it will run like nothing happened for anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 months. I've had it at 2 different dealers and neither can find or fix the problem. I'm at the end of my abilities I think. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

P2127 means there is a short to ground in APP sensor 2 at the pedal assembly. Fix this and the other code will go away too.

Thanks for the reply. Is sensor 2 built in to the pedal assembly, not sure what that means.

I've ordered the connector for the TPS to rule that out. My wiring diagram doesnt show a ground for the APP. It looks like the sensors ground thru the ECM. Like I said in the first post I've replaced the APP 2 times and the TPS 1 time. I am not sure how to fix this. Dealerships around me cant figure it out either. Could my ECM be failing? Why would the codes be so intermittent to come back when cleared? And why would they come back so randomly?

Gone through the same and still having the issue. ZDR1987, did you ever find a solution? Would greatly appreciate it.
