They've done reveals at the Texas State Fair before.

I know they’ve done new edition reveals (Chevy ultra ranch Texas BBQ sauce Dallas edition etc) but didn’t know they’ve unveiled brand new models.

The Texas state fair has a car show - a decent sized one actually. GM values its biggest full size market...

Saw that today. 8 months out the exterior is baked. They’ll need to start retooling soon. They’ve gotta be releasing ‘official’ pics soon.

Also means that the 2020 MY will be a shortened one.

Spoke a GM rep the other day (company buys a lot of Tahoes for work) and he confirmed order banks open February and deliveries are expected to begin in June/July 2020 for all new Yukon & Tahoe.

That sounds consistent with what others have reported.

Saw a SWB mule today in full camouflage on the Memorial Bridge in Washington DC going from the Lincoln Memorial towards Arlington National Cemetery.

Wow, that’s awesome. I drive that route every day too...

Guess what I saw today? Walked out of the office for lunch, next to the White House and right in front of me was a new GM truck, all disguised. Was able to snap some shots but it took me while to get my phone ready so not the best ones but at least I got pics. They must be hanging out in the DC area since you saw them here last week too.

One more picture from the first frame of live pictures. Slightly closer angle.

We all knew it was coming this time. So dumb, GM. So dumb.

I thought people are really waiting for independent rear suspensions from guys around me! They are looking for the comfort of ride. Glad to hear that “team opponents a.k.a solid axel team” are quite many actually.

I am excited about the independent suspension, I think it's going to be a great addition to them, plus it's about damn time the people in the 3rd row will Finally get some leg room.

Not really a truck anymore once it gets independent rear suspension. Just another minivan. Large minivan, albeit, but loses all its charm once this happens, at least for me.
