Took her down to Lowe's to get 15 bags of mulch for the yard. Figure about 250-300 lbs. That lowered the hitch by about 2" but by the time I got back home the Nivomats had brought it back up within 1/4" of unloaded.

Finally finished my 2 weekend detail job including clay bar. Plus finally got around to replacing the rear calipers and installing the Sony head unit. It’s still in decent shape and just under 108K miles.

Thanks, just got a company car a couple of weeks ago and figure I’ll be lucky to put more than 3K to 5K miles a year on her, but I’m not going to make the same mistake I did with the last one and sell it.

New here but having a good time with my 01 yukon so i'll add to the thread. Just added the bull bar and nerf bars few weeks ago. 2 months back I put a 6 inch lift on her with a set of 35's and 4.00 gears with a detroit locker. Just purchased an extra 5.3 from the bone yard and plan to do a full rebuild this winter with my sons. Whats funny is this all started because the old air ride went out.

Dang 108k sounds like you already drive it 3 to 5 a year lol

Hey man what kind of lift did you use? Was it driveway easy to install? How does it ride? Been thinking of doing this myself.

I got it about 5 years ago. It only had around 45k on the clock when I bought it. I spent about 6 to 8 months looking for a 2002 to 2004 with less than 100K. Luckily, it came with all the service records. I even have the original window sticker. The MSRP back then was a little over $55K. I think I paid around $12K. I’d love to put a supercharger on it, but I’ve got 3 in college right now.
