When I started my 2002 Tahoe this AM to go to work I had no instrument panel lights, no stereo lights, no climate control center lights..... Nothing? Everything works, all the gauges, the stereo, the AC and heater. Just no lights? The stereo lights illuminated when the DRL's came on but as soon as the regular night time driving lights come on, the other lights go away? I've checked every fuse and relay and they are all good. Has anyone had this problem or know anything about this? I'm completely puzzled! Everything worked great up until this morning.

Don’t mean to insult you by any means but have you made sure your interior light dimmer is not rolled all the way down?

I would say probably so.

Yes. The 2005 Escalade esv that belongs to the family I live with had the exact same problem. He replaced the headlight control switch, which includes the dimming switch, with a new one and it fixed the problem.
