Yes, I have the one in your picture. Dorman 590-225. Dorman 590-224 is the one everyone on youtube is replacing for pre 2010. What your picture doesn't show is the fan right on top of the radiator support or whatever that frame piece is. No room between for even my hand to touch the screw head. But I'll jack it up again and try to get a decent picture. It's funny that there isn't any videos on youtube for a 2010+ Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, suburban or yukon airbag sensor.

that picture is from the 2010-2014 factory service manual as is the procedure to r&r it in the next photo, if you had to take the fan out it would say "remove fan" etc, etc
looks like it has a torx bit instead of a 10mm, you will need to loosen it and slide it out of the notch

I couldn't tell from under the truck and I have never seen a hex head with male torx tip screw. I just saw the hex head on the other side when I examined the new part. So now I just need to buy a torx socket set. Thanks again bro. You're awesome.

Broke the tip off. I guess I have to pay someone. It's an E5 torx if anybody tries in the future. I don't know how I could have not broken it. With a 1/4 in drive ratchet I couldn't put much torque on it. And it looks like someone else tried and broke the plastic clip. Bummed.
