Sweet Barn Doors. What is that thing mounted to the inside of the door?

Based of the Crown Vic next to it I'd say some red and blues.
Or at least yellow and blue. Some kind of flashing light bar.

I have a 2016 Suburban that I lifted and put 35's on. The guys at 4Wheel Parts did a small mod and they were able to put the 35" spare underneath.

I put a 295 70 18 for a spare no problem, that a 34.25 inches tall and 11.6 wide.

The 2nd to last pic of his looks like the hitch is not on it.Maybe he took off the hitch-but i know mine would of rubbed at the track or panhard bar whatever they call it,right by the rear end cover.Mine lust barely misses it-just like by the hitch 4-5 business cards lol.It just reread your post if you have a 2016 i have no idea then-im talking 00-06-not sure of your spare size

No my hitch is the exact concur as my bumper I have room for days as you can see my hitch is there,just thought I post to help the next guy
