Any of you guys have CB's?

Do you have a cb in your truck and where did you mount it? i've just got one given to me and i'm thinking about installing it....

I do whenever I drive a looooong way by myself lol...when I drove from Oklahoma back to Cali, I hooked one up and had it anywhere in the cab (passenger seat, center console, ground behind center console in front of 2nd row seats..with a massive magnetic antenna...which I put the cable through the sun roof (put antenna directly in the middle of my truck on the roof)

Hell yes I do. I mounted the CB itself in my center console. I run a coax cable from the back of the CB under the carpet then through a hole under the truck. My 102" antenna is mounted on a heavy duty mount I bought for $12 then the heavy duty mount is mounted on my rear bumper on the left hand side.

i have one also. I mounted mine on the dash panel, right under the light switch on the lower panel. I also have two 2 ft whips that i mounted to my roof rack. I ran my cable through the top weatherstripping on the driver's side door.

i have one and it was installed in the old factory CD spot. its currently collecting dust in the garage.

need to throw it back in there.

Thats exactly where i mounted mine, now i just have a nice 3/8 hole in my bumper right now.

I bought a floor mount console, and screwed the CB on top, and used straps to hold the 2m in place. The CB Amp is under the passenger seat.

i have a small one , it fits in the old cd player spot, i changed the old cd player. and i as well have a 7 foot wip on the rear bumper curved into the roof rack!
