Nope. I just did the switch. It's identical.

Oh I thought you used a complete rear Denali bumper. Didn't know you just switched plastics. Good to know tho! I thought that most holes lined up but a few extras were added for Denali cover or hitch cover

It's a bumper cover just like the rest, plastic over the steel bumper. The bumper itself bolts up, then the cover snaps or clips onto it.

The actual bumper underneath the cover is identical.

Well, I got the complete front and rear 2004 Denali bumpers (with the hitch and all). The rear was rusted bad and my painted Z71 was in pretty good shape, so I decided to put the Denali cover onto it. Worked like a charm.

Had a shop put new e-brake shoes on about a month ago when I got my brake lines replaced. They said they adjusted them best they could, but it wasn't holding the vehicle as good as it should. Thought the cables were probably stretched. I replaced the front and intermediate cable today. (Front is absolutely a PIA) No change. Adjusted the shoes some more. I went ahead and put new pads and rotors on since they were getting old. Still not holding very well. I guess I'll replace the rear cables tomorrow.

Ended up not having to replace rear cables. Took calipers, rotors back off, shoes back off and took actuators apart and cleaned them out, then re-greased them. Put everything back together and re-adjusted the shoes. Holds great now and pedal is much stiffer.
