Thanks. I ordered the reverse bulbs last night on Amazon, gonna try to get them installed tomorrow once they arrive. You said there was a noticeable difference in LUMENS/Brightness though right?
Should be a fairly easy swap out. Hell, you took your dash apart and wrapped the hell out of everything, switching these bulbs should be no problem at all. I went with Vled bulbs and I thought they were pretty bright.

Here are my reverse lights. The right is the Vled bulb and the left is stock. The Vleds put out good output.

Lol. Ya I'm not overly concerned but if someone's already done it before it saves so head scratching haha.

These are the Phillips reverse and license plate lamp bulbs. Similar to vled, I think.

Looks good. LGSONE it looks like you have HIDs in your headlights. Did you install them and what kind did you use, thanks

I will make a suggestion...I had a 2015 Suburban that I put these exact same Phillips bulbs in and was AMAZED at how much brighter they are over the factory halogens.....with that said I just bought a 2016 Denali XL and started upgrading bulbs and wanted to try something similar but with more 'throw distance' for reverse. And stumbled upon these bulbs and gave them a try..
iJDMTOY Extremely Bright 5-CREE 25W High Power 912 921 920 T10/T15 LED Bulbs For Car Backup Reverse Lights, Xenon White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CORBQUA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_NuPAyb6M4RNNY

These are every bit as bright as the Phillips 921 bulbs but are night and day different for 'throw' distance!! Much more 'useful' as a backup light!! AND the best part is at night it doesn't 'distort' the camera image! MUCH clearer camera view! I believe this is because less light is 'scattered' around the camera and more is directed straight back! Very pleased with these bulbs!! Just my $0.02 and sharing my experience.

Backup

High Beam and drl

License Plate

Low beams

I see they got the bulbs for the Yukon too, that might help the yukon folks:

burbplayer,
Were the VanquishAuto fogs you bought really worth the $120 price tag in usable light? I was thinking of going with the 5000k Xenon Depot LED fog bulbs
and am now curious how they compare. Do you have any pics from inside the vehicle with just them on, showing the road or facing a garage door?

Why all the newer model cars/trucks are switching to 912s instead of the 3157s is beyond me.

Btw you can touch, ******, have sex with these bulbs and nothing will have a negative effect on the bulb, unlike incandescent. Worst case is you'll have your smudgy fingerprint on the led or projector lens

It's definitely worth it
