No luck after either. I must've missed a connection or something because it has to be highly unlikely that both were working before and aren't now.

Finally got the leather seat covers replaced and installed in the truck. Neither of the power seats are working though. Everything is connected, so I'm not sure what has happened. Any suggestions?
Were they both working before? If so, I'd think it was a fuse. Odds of them both quitting are slim. Also disconnect and reconnect the wires.

I put my "lift kit" in today.

The keys, which I thought were gonna be a *****, came out easy. I didn't bother with a sledge, I went straight to the jack hammer. Both sides were in and out in under 20 minutes.

And the rear springs, which I thought were gonna be easy, gave me the most trouble. I didn't have a spring compressor, so getting the Z71 springs and 1.5" spacers in was a PITA.

Love the way the truck sits now. It feels like a truck, and not some soccer mom shuttle.

Next step, sway bar end links, and new wheels and tires. :peace:

Installed a HomeLink over head console. It was plug and play. Also bought some black painted door handles from the same truck. Might install those tonight!?

Ordered a bunch of goodies

PCV catch can
Evap purge valve
Valve cover gaskets
Injector o-rings
Oil pressure sender
Valley pan gasket
Knock sensors and harness
Throttle body gasket
Intake manifold gasket
Front right axle seal and bearing
Idler arm + bracket
Pitman arm
Inner/outer tie rods
Few hoses so I can plumb up the grease fittings so they're not annoying to get to

And I called my guy about a windshield

Should keep her happy for a little while

Okay so that tells me whatever happened is inside the seat harness. Check for power to and from the switch.

And don't forget the other half of the equation- ground. Power does no good without ground!

Where would the seat ground?
Most likely in the harness along with power. I doubt they would rely on the bolts holding the seat to the vehicle and then ground to the seat frame but it's possible.

Got the rear hatch handle changed. I will try to get the others installed tonight.

Did you black out the "TAHOE" on the rear hatch? I'm thinking of doing that on my doors with plastidip .Can't remove it because it was painted before and they taped around it.

Yea that too. I assumed by checking for power one would check the ground in the connector. But forget not everyone thinks the same as me.
