Well got the new alignment cams in and installed the other UCA and got it aligned today. Figured why not stop and take some pics. Wish I had my good camera but cellphone pics will work for now.

Well she was driving the truck to work Saturday and it was pulling hard to the left. So after she got out of work I went to work on it. Swapped out both 4wd hubs with the 2 2wd hubs that I have from the install. Also checked the ball joints and all 4 calipers to see if maybe one of them had seized up. Nothing fixed it so I am taking it back to the alignment shop to see if maybe the alignment cams have shifted.

Well didn't hold steering wheel is crooked and is starting to pull again. Going to get it aligned again and then bolt the cams in place so it doesn't move. Ive read that full drop kits like this have issues with holding the alignment.

Someone makes locking cam plates for our trucks, not sure if they work or how well they work but I have seen them around.

The locking cam plates won't work because this kits move the UCA down and uses bolts and cams from a 97-99 f150 they are round and I have yet to find away to lock them. Only thing I thought of is drilling and bolting them in place.

Got another alignment today and the tech said one was loose and that bolt he didn't touch the first time because it was in the right position so that's why it came loose. Fingers crossed this will be the last one.

Not much to update. Ordered a new third brake light and installed it also added little mirrors for blind spots onto the factory mirrors. No pics she's just been busy driving it.

Hey man no worries, that’s what it’s all about. We build them, we drive them, we repeat. Also same reason I only have photos of mine in parking lots and at home, cause they rest of the time I am driving it.

How’s the blind spot mirror, I think I want to stick with the factory mirrors as well but I miss my big ass tow mirrors, it was so easy to see everything around me and I could always see where my tires where when backing into parking spots.

They work nice, great for backing it. I run them on my Grand Marquis and love them as well.
