Yukon tow hitch

Would the tow hitch assy on my 2008 yukon be a direct bolt-on for my 2008 silverado rcsb? Im doing a cherokee srt8 type custom exhaust on my yukon so i rather have it on the silvy

I took a look under both trucks and the tow hitch assy on the yukon is actually bolted inside the chassis...it would not work on my silvy...guess ill just sell it and use the $$ towards the exhaust
