winch between frame rails

So I'm picking up tomorrow a winch from a friend and I've thought on mounting it between the frame rails behind the bumper. I know warn used to make a plate for such mounts. Has anyone used one or made a custom mount as such?

Im gonna mount one to my ranch hand under and have it hidden

I have a grill guard that looks like your ranch hand minus the built in bumper.
That's why I want to mount it between the frame rail hidden behind the factory bumper.

Should be pretty easy to put in there but the onky problek i see is it might hit the skid plate

I don't have a skid plate broke it off.... long story... so I might get a new one built afterwards
