whose doing all the overlays for custom gauges that aren't ridiculously overpriced?

Any pics of this and labor involved? I too have the problem of not being able to see my gages in the day on the 07, the 12 they are lit even with lights off. Kinda thinking along the same lines might be able to see them better if the background was maybe white? Any experience or examples would be great.
