"The tune provided with the kit will work for stock or catback only applications, other modifications such as larger throttle bodies, headers, off-road midpipes, etc. will require custom dyno tuning done locally."

What is this fuck3ry....how is this possible with GM locking the computer?

Every Ecu is locked. Doesn't mean you can't crack it. It probably used a piggy back. It's a limited tune with limited boost. It says it even uses the stock fuel system. The computer can also compensate and learn to an extent.

The description is vague.

True, but not encrypted.

Reply from seller when I questioned about the computer being locked:

"It is possible because Trifecta unlocked the computer, so included in the price of the supercharger is a $3000 unlocking process, which is why these kits are $3000 more than the 2020 GM Truck kits"

Interesting...so Trifecta is offering the service to unlock. Seems like that would be a breach of sorts of their agreement with GM; maybe that factor has changed recently.

Less power than a Callaway conversion for about half the price. Try it and let us know how it goes.

$3,000 to crack the ECU?!?! $11K is a lot of coin for only 150 HP.

To be fair though you’ve been rolling around with the possible lifter issue since you pulled it off the lot….
