Where to get switched power?

I have a buzz in my audio when powering my bluetooth adaptor with my cig lighter. I've greatly reduced it by connecting the cig lighter ground to the radio chassis but want all the buzzing gone so I bought a line filter.

My next wish is to have the cig lighter powered with the ignition. (I'll leave one as is) Does anyone have experience with a place to tap into switch 12V at about 5A? Where's the best place for a ground too?

Any advice is appreciated.
