Where is the RKE module in 2007 GMC Yukon located?

Where is the RKE module located in 2007 GMC Yukon?
It's called the Remote Control Door Lock Module, RCDLR and it is located in the upper D-Pillar on the driver's side. Open the rear hatch, remove the upper trim piece and then you can gently remove the upper left D-Pillar trim and if not, remove the lower door trim, pull the left rear seat, loosen the lower trim on the driver's side and then get at the upper trim.

Did yours go bad? New ones have to be programmed with your options. A used one might work if it has your options.

Ok thanks. We will look there. I found an old thread said it was located on the C pillar but we tore the car apart on that side and it wasn't there.

Does the RCDLR module have to be attached to the body or can it just hang in the spot where it plugs in??
