Wheel offset on a NNBS Denali with 2.5/1.5 lift

I have an 07 Denali with a 2.5/1.5 lift installed. I have a buddy with a set of 20x10 Moto Metal wheels with -24mm off set that I can get pretty cheap. I'm wondering if these will clear with 285/55R20 tires? I've searched through the threads here and haven't found anyone running this setup, so I was just wondering if anyone had any insight on this.
