Wheel and tire question

Hello everyone. I am currently running 285/75/16s on stock 7in wheels with the 5.5in bs. I am purchasing 16x8in wheels with 4.5inbs and planning on running the same tires. What exactly will change from current specs? Will tires stick out more? Will tires be wider due to larger wheel allowing tire to fill out, etc? Please, Bowtiefreak, and anyone else with these answers feel free to chime in. With the bs and rim width changing, I am very curious as to what will change in suspension specifications. Yup, wheels are going to stick out about 1" or a little more. You may actually need a tiny trim on the back of the wheel well and maybe the front valance

Sounds good. I have already removed valance, cranked keys, and added a 1.25in block to rear so I should be good on the trimming.
