It is important to note that multi-ground does not mean multi-spark, there will still only be one spark at a time. Therefore, a multi-ground plug will not perform any better and may actually perform worse than a traditional plug, unless the engine is designed for a multiple ground plug.
So if you use the original ignition system you will have a weak spark effect. Using a complete aftermarket system may allow for plug with more ground electrodes and not get a weak ignition problem but check with manufacturer of system first.
The general consensus of spark plug choice in an aftermarket unit is using a standard resistor-type copper core plug that you can open up the gap on to expose more spark to fuel mixture the individual manufacturer will help you decide on which type is best, whether you can use multi-electrode types with an advantage , what gap is recommended and weather or not a different heat range may be needed.
