What type of ABS module is this???

So I just bought this 2004 Yukon SLE. It's the kind that has the traction control to 4lo 4x4 options. So the person I bought it from said he recently had all the brake lines replaced, but as a result of the repair or something related to it - the ABS/BRAKE/TC lights are all on despite the brake system working as if its brand new.

After reading other similar threads im seeing that I need to replace the ABS module. Easy enough. Problem is...my particular module only has one connector(?) Am I missing something here and if so, what would your recommendations be to fix the original issue??
