Wasn't ragging on you man, hope you didn't feel that way!! I know previous to my comment it was mentioned that you needed to be out of park in order for the lights to come on but in your picture it didn't appear to be anyone behind the wheel, so I just had to ask!!
I'd be checking bulbs if they are not coming on, pretty common for those to burn out from being on most of the time!

I switched the bulbs. And the bulbs that were in my drl's...were just sitting there?! Barely plugged in? Almost intentional. I switched them with my turn signals, bc, I know they work. Put it all back together and my signals work, with my drl bulbs. But my drl's still DON'T WORK..... Is the only fuse under the hood?

You should have a fuse diagram/legend in your owners manual.

Replaced the fuse under the hood with a spare 10 amp. And a 10amp that I know works. Still nothing....oh well. Guess I'm lucky and don't have to worry about my drl's. Permanent disability

AHHHHHHHHH, SENSOR will DEFINITELY override them, YES!

So as expected, it was the bulbs. VERY GOOD!

What makes them come on? Starting truck and putting in gear?

YES, but with EBrake OFF!

Ebrake was off. For sure. Wonder why he wouldn't plug bulbs all the way in? It was weird. Next time you guys change a drl bulb, notice there are 2 clicks before its completely plugged in. It was almost like he intentionally put them in one click to disable them but yet not look silly with the bulb out. Reading into this too much I know. But thanks for the help

No need to worry about it any longer, ............... The DRL's are working now, that's all that matters.
