It's a spacer.... Talk about some ****** angles after that's installed. Shaggy, it's essentially like cranking your torsion bars or putting in a set of green keys.

Oh a spring spacer. It looked like it was something that went on the wheel
Like an adapter to go from 5 to 6 bolts or diff bolt patterns. Looked the same to me at first.
