Anthony- I don't have pictures of the way I routed the power, but here is how I did it.
-Pull off the dash, it just pulls off.
-Pull out the cubby box and trim the front so that the Nuvi will fit TIGHT behind the dash. This takes a few test fits, but you dont want to cut too much.
-Cut a hole in the bottom of the cubby box to run the power cord through.
-The I ran the power cord from there behind the dash. Below the Climate control, at least on my '01 model is a blank space, that you can just pull the plastic piece off at the top, and it has a hinge at the bottom.
-I plan on moving the power outlet to that space, and splicing the power to that and putting in a switch so that I dont have to keep unplugging the Nuvi to turn it off.
Its pretty simple, like I said, all I used was a pocket knife.
