Finished installing a new water pump, thermostat, lower raidiator, A/C belt, and serpentine. I also die-cranked the keys a bit. Now I'm sitting at 41" all the way around.

new brake pads all the way around and new calipers on the back. brake pedal feels like new again. sliders were froze on the back calipers so I just threw new calipers on.
