All done with 5 of these, foot wells wired to the courtesy lights on doors, and glove box has pushpin.

Neon's is Big NO-NO.
I just got tired of seeing foot well lights on luxury cars and not mine, so I figured I would to twice as better than the BMW's or Mercedes Benz. Lighting stops right here. LOL.

Hmmm...I like that idea...maybe I should do that instead of the Esky rack...hmmmmm

I did it. It's quick, easy and effective. I highly recommend it!

Dropped the fuel tank today. I ordered an Aeromotive 340 pump to drop into the stock bucket. That along with the other in-line pump and BAP, I'll have plenty of fuel now for the future upgrades...:secret:

I'm so jealous! I feel like I should hate you for no reason.

I've been doing for a long time. Gas is around $3.50/gallon here. I can put $80 or more in if I really let it get low easily.

How the hell is gas 3.5 a gal in AK?!?! Isn't there a refinery up there, or just a pipeline?

Just ordered a fully loaded escalade passenger side mirror with the chrome bottoms! Can't wait until it comes in so I can paint and replace my current stock mirrors :Handshake:

Replaced Driver's side tie rod end

Removal and install when fine, typical frozen bolts/nuts, but PB Blaster did the trick. Unfortunately, it didn't solve my left turn, whine/grind. I'm going to take it into tire shop for a 4-wheel alignment and have them diagnose the steering noise.

Probably the pump, that will be fun to replace :-(

Tomorrow I get to install a seat heater into my wife's Mustang GT Convertible that we picked up last week ('05 with 30k on OD). And Thursday I'm installing backup sensors. Busy week. Good thing I "work" from home.

I know, stupid, huh?

This is how it works:

We have tons of oil. We have no refineries, other than natural gas for heating houses. So, our solution is to ship it to the lower-48 (Washington and California, I think), have it refined into gas, then ship it BACK to AK, hence the high prices. And that's the in-town, low price. It's $8-9/gallon out in some of the villages where it has to be flown in or barged in during the summer....lol.

(we have one small refinery, but it's not nearly big enough to do much good, and a lot of that is turned into Av-gas)

That's some ******** if you ask me. Such is life I suppose. I used to live in NW Wa. They have a few refineries up there. I remember when they made too much heating oil one year, so they refined it into gas and I was buying 93 at .86 cents a gallon. Now I'm paying $3.12
