I got my American Racing headers today. Now I have a dilemma. When I installed my AEM wideband gauge, I followed along with some advice and installed the sensor downstream of the cat on the driver side and had the downstream sensors tuned out. But it seems that my readings aren't accurate since they fluctuate wildly, and the instructions say it should be installed upstream. So I have 3 choices- install it the way it is now, install a bung upstream and plug the downstream bungs or install a bung upstream, buy new downstream sensors and have them turned on in the tune. Any suggestions?

You're going to have issues trying to run the rear o2 sensors with headers since the cats are so far downstream. BB tuned mine out and will prob recommend the same for you. Maybe it's not as bad with the ARH headers since they are high flow cats for the af gauge.

Just ordered 4 quarts, and the free can of Kroil.

Been using SeaFoam for a few years, and recently have seen an improvement in both power and mileage by using Lucas additives. We'll see if the Kreen does any better!
Does it get added to the oil or the fuel tank?

It will. The Kano folks have incredible products.

Hopefully the shake is in the tires and not the rims themselves.[/QUOTE
How long since they were balanced? Could be the rims too. I still have a shake around 70 but it's due to 2 of my tires being out of round by about 7% they said.

I had them balanced twice. Last time was maybe 1 1/2 months ago.
Maybe out of round like mine. It took someone with a different balancing machine to find out. They balanced fine but he's the only one to say they were out of round. Hopefully that's it or else it's the rims.

The chrome ones ride nice, but they're so damn ugly--to me anyway.

Yeah I know. It looked like option 3 was to buy new downstream sensors and turn them back on. I would try them behind the new cats and see if it's a problem first. I've seen it go both ways and would try the ez option first.

Looks like my luck has run out with the 4l60-e. On my way to my girlfriends house this morning, I was having all sorts of problems. Clunking, didn't want to downshift, slipping...

I guess Ill drop her off at the transmission shop tomorrow and hope for the best.
