Was it easy ?
It was a brutal 45 minutes.

of waiting.

I bought a service plan when I bought the Hoe for the routine stuff, so just had the dealership to the transmission as an add on last time. Perhaps metallurgy has improved on exhaust bolts. BAck in the ancient days, if you approached an exhaust bolt with a tool, it broke. I figured they had spares to deal with that.

So,
Key my ride would occasionally invade there was NO fob inside the vehicle or caused me to hold my pocket lip to unlock the door. Dealership said there was a service bulletin about it. An hour , all good. Now it works as designed.

Installed a Spohn adjustable panhard bar in the 2015 Denali XL. Note to those that are wondering, a QA1 unit will not fit in the bathtub fittings for 2015+. QA1 ends are wider than stock and the Spohn.
Stock panhard bar was shot as the chassis bushing was like butter and had zero grease in it.

Bumped the tire pressure up a hair to turn the alarm off on both twins.

I discovered the new wheels on Thethirdtwin pose a challenge for my Viair compressor hose. The air down tool, fuggetaboutit.

No install photos as I was watching the YouTube video as it shows step by step instructions. Once the bumper was completely off, that’s when I installed the fog lights, which made it really easy. Took about three hours. It was a real pain in the butt to aim these fog lights because he adjustment screw doesn’t do a thing. I had to physically take out the foglight housing and reposition the light within the bracket.

Nice @Danyi2170 .

Got any night time output shots?
How do you like the amber fog output with the 5500K +/- headlight output?

I’m cooking up a projector retrofit and have the same fog lights in 6000K max awaiting install also.

Was really contemplating getting the SS3 MAX in amber then swapping to a clear lens. That results in more of a 4000K light output.

Not a whole lot to say… Pics probably say it all. Our house burned on Christmas Eve and the Suburban also caught the flames and got a bit hot. Too bad my Ring cameras were already out when I drove it from the driveway to the street with the ass end on fire. :flamingdevil: My wife wasn’t too happy when she learned about it, though… Haha!

So yeah, time to start yet another search for a ride for the wife. Loved the truck and had no issues in the 2+ years we had it. Now the damn insurance adjuster needs to off his ass and give me a number. Took them already over a week to decide it’s a total loss. But I digress…

I’ll be back to post pics of the new ride. Hopefully soon.

I haven’t gotten any shots yet at night. When I get around to it, I’ll post some shots.
