Hello everyone. I joined this forum when I ran into some trouble with this Tahoe and needed help and everyone was great . So to spill my beans me and the wife are saving for a house and I was looking for a better daily then my 96 cavalier which runs good it’s just a turd lol. I got this 2007 Tahoe ppv for 200 bucks yes 200 bucks. It was at an auction in a small town and no one bid on it and I made an offer and they took it. I drained the fuel put a new battery and fuel and she fired right up and I drove it 100 miles home no problems. While driving it to work the main engine harness grounded out on a stud and fried the fuse box and bcm,I fixed it and replaced both and now she runs good so im about 500 into it . It has 196k on the clock I been replacing things here and there, it needs a dash or the skin and I am going to the stock suspension here soon the ppv is to rough and stiff, just got some tires from a buddy, new take offs 265/70r17 he didn’t want , that was a W for sure. got him a 12 pack and a bottle of tequila. Needs carpet(driver side is done) and a lot of little things but I’m happy with it for the price and how well it runs. Just wanted to say hello to all and here is the 200 dollar Tahoe (putting a sticker on the back that says that) before and after pics after some stuff was removed . That’s the wife’s Tahoe behind mine . We a bow tie family lol . Thank you everyone and nice to meet you.
