Weird pulsing ringing noise from speakers

I went to drive my Tahoe and I clicked the key once and my music played as usual but then a random ringing noise kept interrupting the song every other second. My lights also flickered. Not sure what the issue may be.

sounds like a ground issue maybe. try cleaning the battery terminals.
